PagePlatform follows a clear, structured process to design, launch, and support a professional website system that captures leads, automates follow-up, and grows with your business.

1. pagePlatform Foundation Survey

Begin by completing the PagePlatform Foundation Survey. This short questionnaire helps us understand your business, your industry, and your goals for your website and digital presence.

We ask about your current website, how it is performing, and what you want to accomplish through improved design, automation, and lead capture. Your responses allow us to recommend the PagePlatform package that best fits your needs, priorities, and budget.

2. Digital Discovery Call

After completing the survey, you will schedule a Zoom-based Digital Discovery Call with our team.

During this call, we walk through how PagePlatform works and explain how a professionally built, automated website can support your business. We discuss your goals in more detail and present package recommendations tailored to your services, growth objectives, and budget.

3. Proposal and Agreement

Following your Discovery Call, we will send a customized written proposal and service agreement via email.

This document outlines your recommended PagePlatform package, included features, pricing, and next steps so you can review everything clearly before moving forward.

4. Onboarding and Asset Collection

To begin, simply sign and return the service agreement. We will also request high-resolution versions of your logo, brand assets, office or project photos, and any imagery you would like included on your website.

If payment has not already been submitted, we will provide a secure Stripe payment link. Once onboarding is complete and payment is received, we begin setting up your PagePlatform systems.

5. Buildout and Integration Preparation

After onboarding, our team begins building your webpages and configuring automated lead capture, messaging, and scheduling systems.

Approximately two to three weeks later, we will reach out to schedule your Integration Call. This time allows us to prepare your initial build and automation framework.

6. Integration call and Final System Setup

During your Integration Call, we walk you through the initial PagePlatform build and work with you to connect your web domain, calendar, and social media profiles.

We also gather any additional details or login access needed to refine your pages, automations, and virtual receptionist features. This ensures your system is fully aligned with your business operations, brand voice, and client experience.
