8. Refund Policy

All services rendered and content created or delivered; including but not limited to webpage design, integration of systems with the HighLevel platform, blog article and social media post copywriting, market research, and analytical reports, are nonrefundable. Upon entering into a contract for services, you agree to pay for your services in full over the course of the contract horizon. Refunds are only to be issued in the event that Dillon Digital LLC fails to deliver content.

PagePlatform packages may be cancelled at any time with 30 days' notice. Upon cancellation, you must submit payment for your final month of your subscription. After your subscription expires at the end of the month, you will lose access to your PagePlatform system, all automated lead capture systems will be switched off, and you will not be able to edit your webpages. If you decide to cancel, be sure to transfer your site to an alternative web host before the end of your final 30 days.

All ContentContractor copywriting and organic online marketing campaign packages are designed for a 12-month campaign, and are associated with a 6-month minimum payment commitment before you may cancel or downgrade your ContentContractor package. You may upgrade your package and/or purchase additional blog articles at any time. Failure to pay on time will result in a pause to your campaign management and no new content until you are up-to-date.

Initial onboarding and setup fees and purchases of one-time services (including MarketMaps reports and ContentContractor standalone blog articles) are not refundable or revocable under any circumstances.

Monthly subscription fees for PagePlatform packages, ContentContractor plans, or the Unlimited Virtual Receptionist Upgrade are not refundable after payment is made OR any content is delivered for that month.

9. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Washington and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that State or location.

10. SMS Usage and Consent

We will never sell your phone number or personal information to third parties.

By providing your phone number and opting into receive transactional and/or promotional SMS messages from Dillon Digital LLC, you acknowledge that message volume may vary, and message and data rates may apply from your telephone provider. To opt-out of SMS correspondence at any time, reply STOP.
